Me and Trinity took some time and made a whale in the sand, it was a lot harder than I tought it would be, we had fun but I was left to do it alone in the end...

We had a great time on the beach, we spent ours down there and got lots of sun...

I was there too...although out of 700 pictures not one had me on the beach...

VACATION - GETTING SET UP

LET THE FUN BEGIN

We arrived at Murray Beach campground on Saturday (July 21st)with rain in the forcast, but nothing was going to keep us from enjoying our vacation. Lucky for us the weather cleared and it was hot!

All packed in and ready to go...the other kids are in there somewhere???

Our new tent, it was like being in a cottage (minus the bathroom) if you are looking for a big tent then this is the one to buy!

And while we were setting up the tent, Blake decided he needed to "P". We did tell the kids not to bother us until we had the tent up....

While Jay, Kohl and Trin were at the park I took some time and kicked the ball around with Blake. One of his favorite things was kicking that ball around, it was a lot better when the ball was wet!

Mom has been mentioning how she would love to have a picture of all her grandchildren together but taking them to a portrait studio was out of the question, they just don't seem to co operate. While at the beach on vacation, all the kids were there so we sat them down on the grass and took some pictures. This one turned out pretty could considering they wanted to go to the park.

DAILY VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL

THEME: TAKING THE PLUNG!Blake's first day at Bible School... The kids made penguin feet on the last day...Blake made a "JP" penguin puppet, he was so proud!

Blake attented his first year at Daily Vacation Bible School. He isn't old enough to
start going with the other kids yet but with the shortage of preschool children he was invited to stay. He had a great week! Made lots of craft, enjoyed snack time and heard a lot of great Bible stories and made new friends. Looking forward to more fun next summer.

A DIP IN THE POOL

TAKING THE PLUNG Jay and Kohl were first in line to get their toes wet...those two boys are fish, they could live in the water!

Drum roll please!.......Blake finally makes an attempt to go in the pool!
With the help from Nana, Papa , Grandpa and Grandma we managed to get the pool set up and filled. We have been enjoying our time in the pool. Yes I even get in with the kids!

I'M BACK...

Vacation is over and now it's time to get caught up on my blogging. Lots of vacations pictures coming, hopefully I can get them downloaded tomorrow. We had a great time and none of us were ready to come home! I will tell you all about it tomorrow....

We still have lots of work left to do with the house, none of the decorating has begun. The kitchen was torn apart and is almost finished, the paint color is picked out and will be painted after vacation.
