IT'S CHRISTMAS TIME IN CAPE BRETON!

CHRISTMAS EVE...AIR HOCKEY NIGHT!

CHRISTMAS DAY...UNWRAPPING THE GIFTS!
The morning started off great...the kids went down to the family room to play air hockey while we got ready then Jay pulled off a surprise that him and Nana had planned since their last visit. Jay got the kids together and brought out of hiding our gift from mom and dad....A new memory foam mattress topper! It is great and really comfortable, we've had the best sleep ever!
*Little Blake got the 3 gifts he had asked for at the LAST MINUTE, he is one lucky little boy! He got his Mr. Bucket game, Go Diego Go rescue center and his own click start computer which he uses ALL the time. What more could he have asked for :o)
*Kohl had a pirate Christmas with a treasure chest CD player and a pirate skull lamp along with a lego pirate ship from Nana and Santa. This was the 3rd year that Kohl had asked for moon sand and finally santa brought it for him!
*Trinity turned into quite the little mommy with her new "little mommy" doll, I find little Christina to be very needy with her bottle, teddy bear and blankie but Trinity is having fun with her, the doll recognized Trinity's voice and move her arms around like a real baby. Santa brought her lots of pet shops and daddy bought her a new dress and Nana and Papa got her a MP3 player!
*Jay got his MP3 player from Nana and Papa and Santa brought him a hockey net and hockey stick which Matt and Blake are putting together right now so maybe they can get out after school today if it isn't too cold. If you know Jay then you know how much he loves his light sabers so Santa brought him a spring action saber that he just had to have!
The whole family got a Nintendo Wii along with Dance Dance Revolution and an air hockey table! Jay, Trin and Kohl got a Nintend DS Lite and a new game!
Although we didn't make it home to be with family until after Christmas we had a great time and the days went by so fast and before we knew it we were on the road to be with family!
