I had to slow things down tonight just a little which felt good but I will be back to running again tomorrow. Tomorrow is our big weigh in day but I seem to be putting on weight with building muscle but I have lost half an inch off my legs! Watch for Matt's big number tomorrow. He weighed in tonight and lost weight but I will make you wait until the official weigh in day to tell you how much he lost since Thursday!

JAY CURLING!
Yesterday the grade 6 students got to go curling. I wasn't sure how Jay would like it considering I didn't know if he even knew what it was. We stopped in at the curling club before getting groceries and found Jay having the time of his life. He really enjoyed learning how to play and managed to get the rock on the blue...is that good? I am assuming so! LOL He says now second to basketball his sport is curling. I am so glad he is finding more things to be interested in!
