WEIGHT LOSS JOURNAL DAY 3

EXERCISE
treadmill: 30 minutes
leg magic: 50 reps x 4
FOOD
breakfast: multi grain cheerios
lunch: 2 slices of pizza
snack: pear
supper: 2 slices of pizza
snack (work): 1 slice pizza (it's now gone!)
1 cup of multi grain Cheerios (munchie food to get me through the night)
WATER
glasses: 3
What a day...Matt went in to work early this morning so I got the boys off to dance classes. That kept me going until 1pm.....We made it home for a quick lunch then we were off once again. (Trinity had fundraising) So while she was at the grocery store I took the boys to the pet store to see the puppies, they had lots. There was an English Bulldog and they wanted $5000.00 for it, yeah, I don't think so but it did make the puggle ($1200.00) sound a bit cheaper! Anyway we made it back home just after 4pm and by then I was exhausted. Matt was already home from work so he had spaghetti made! While they ate I took a quick nap before going to work.
So the exercise seems to be going ok and my legs are definitely feeling it! Now as for the food intake, I guess we shouldn't have bought the pizza last night (I think I ended up eating all but one slice :0( but it was sooooo gooooooood! Now that it is gone I will get focused once again.
