WORKOUT DAY 5

WEEK 3 - DAY 5

Ok so I didn't get a whole lot of running done on the treadmill today but I am working through an injury to the back of my knee. Hopefully by taking the night off I will be back on in the morning...so what am I doing tonight instead...shhhh....keep it a secret now LOL I am going to have chinese food. I deserve a treat don't I?!!!! Back to it tomorrow :0)
AFTER EATING CHINESE FOOD MOM CALLED AND THE ALREADY FEELING GUILTY ME WENT AND GOT ON THAT TREADMILL (mom coaches me along until I burned 320 calories!)
